Withdrawal from Wallet

1) When you launch the application, the «My Account» section will open, displaying your assets.

2) Go to the «Wallets» section. Here, all the wallets you have previously created will be listed.

3) Select the wallet from which you wish to withdraw funds.

4) Choose the asset you want to withdraw and click the withdrawal button.

5) Fill in all the required fields in this window. You can use any external wallet address to withdraw funds. Let's take the example of withdrawing funds to a Binance wallet via the P2P platform.

Click the «Continue» button and enter the password for your H2K wallet.

6) Open the «My Account» section. The documents for signing are located in this section under «Documents for Signing.»

7) To sign, you need to open this document, click the «Sign» button, and enter the password.

8) Once the document is signed, the transaction will be sent to the network. You will need to wait for 3 to 10 minutes (depending on network congestion) for the transaction to be processed.

All transactions are available in the blockchain explorer, even if they have not yet appeared in your Account due to delays in our data updates. In most cases, the difference takes only a few minutes, but if the blockchain network is overloaded, the waiting time will increase.

9) Log into the Binance app and select «Wallet» - «Spot» - «Transfer.»

10) Choose «Deposits» as the destination wallet. Then specify the asset you want to transfer from the spot wallet and enter the amount. Then click «Confirm.»

11) Go to the «Trade» > P2P section.

12) Click «Sell» and choose the cryptocurrency. Market offers will appear. Fill in the following fields:

• Amount
• Payment method (here you choose the bank where you want to receive fiat)
• Merchant - confirm this field to display offers only from merchants who have undergone verification.

13) Click «Sell» next to the offer you like.

You will see the buyer's payment method, the payment window, and conditions (if any) at the bottom. Enter the amount of cryptocurrency to sell in the «For Crypto» section or the fiat amount you want to receive in the «For Fiat» section. To confirm the order, click «Sell.»

14) Будет создан ордер на продажу. Подождите, пока покупатель произведет оплату выбранным способом. Чтобы связаться с ним напрямую, нажмите «Чат».

15) Как только покупатель завершит платеж, вы получите уведомление. Всегда проверяйте поступление платежа от покупателя, проверив свой банковский счет или кошелек. Только после этого можно нажимать «Платеж получен» и «Подтвердить». Не переводите криптовалюту, пока не получите платеж от покупателя.

Удостоверившись, что вы получили платеж, нажмите «Платеж получен» и «Подтвердить». Криптовалюта будет переведена на аккаунт покупателя.

16) Вам будет предложено подтвердить перевод криптовалюты с помощью устройств с 2FA.

Примечание

• Если во время проведения транзакции вы столкнетесь с трудностями, вы можете напрямую связаться с покупателем, нажав «Чат». Чтобы обратиться в службу поддержки, выберите «Помощь».
• Обратите внимание, что вы не можете разместить более двух ордеров одновременно. Чтобы создать новый ордер, завершите текущий.
