WiWithdrawing Funds from H2K Wallet

Dear users!

We kindly ask you to double-check the data you have entered for accuracy!

The H2K service charges a fee for processing payments.

We would like to remind you that to perform transactions in a single-signature wallet with a balance of USDT TRC-20, you also need to have TRX to cover the network blockchain fees.

If your wallet does not have TRX or the amount is less than 80, our service will perform a forced exchange of USDT to TRX. Therefore, when transferring or withdrawing USDT, you should specify an amount for withdrawal that is at least 10 USDT less to ensure the transaction is successfully sent to the network. If you specify the full amount for the transfer without leaving a reserve for the exchange, the fee will simply be deducted, and you will lose a portion of your funds.

In the case of multi-signature wallets, an additional fee of 0.09% of the amount or a minimum of 1 dollar, up to a maximum of 999 dollars, will be charged.

Let's go through the procedure for withdrawing funds, using the example of transferring funds to a Binance wallet with subsequent withdrawal through a P2P platform.

1.1) Log in to your Binance App and tap Wallet.

1.2) Press Enter.

1.3) Choose Deposit Crypto.

1.4) Choose the cryptocurrency you want to deposit, for example, USDT.

1.5) You’ll see the available networks for depositing USDT. Please make sure that the selected network matches the network of the platform you're withdrawing funds from. If you select the wrong network, your funds might be lost and cannot be recovered.

1.6) You’ll see a QR code and the deposit address for the network you chose. Tap the copy icon to copy the deposit address, then paste it to the address field on the platform you intend to withdraw crypto from. You may also tap [Save as Image] and import the QR code to the address field on the withdrawing platform.

2) Open the H2K app. When you launch the application, the «My Account» section will open, displaying your assets.

3) Go to the «Wallets» section. Here, all the wallets you have previously created will be listed.

4) Select the wallet from which you wish to withdraw funds.

5) Choose the asset you want to withdraw and click the withdrawal button.

6) Please complete all the mandatory fields in this window. Paste the previously copied Binance wallet address into the 'recipient wallet address' field.

Click the «Continue» button and enter the password for your H2K wallet.

7) Open the «My Account» section. The documents for signing are located in this section under «Documents for Signing.»

8) To sign, you need to open this document, click the «Sign» button, and enter the password.

9) Once the document is signed, the transaction will be sent to the network. You will need to wait for 3 to 10 minutes (depending on network congestion) for the transaction to be processed.

All transactions are available in the blockchain explorer, even if they have not yet appeared in your Account due to delays in our data updates. In most cases, the difference takes only a few minutes, but if the blockchain network is overloaded, the waiting time will increase.

Shortly after confirmation, the funds will be credited to your Binance account.

10) Log into the Binance app and select «Wallet» - «Spot» - «Transfer.»

11) Choose «Deposits» as the destination wallet. Then specify the asset you want to transfer from the spot wallet and enter the amount. Then click «Confirm.»

12) Go to the «Trade» > P2P section.

13) Click «Sell» and choose the cryptocurrency. Market offers will appear. Fill in the following fields:

14) Click «Sell» next to the offer you like.

You will see the buyer's payment method, the payment window, and conditions (if any) at the bottom. Enter the amount of cryptocurrency to sell in the «For Crypto» section or the fiat amount you want to receive in the «For Fiat» section. To confirm the order, click «Sell.»

15) A sell order will be created. Wait for the buyer to make the payment using the selected method. To contact the buyer directly, click «Chat.»

16) Once the buyer completes the payment, you will receive a notification. Always verify the payment from the buyer by checking your bank account or wallet. Only then click «Payment Received» and «Confirm.» Do not send cryptocurrency until you receive payment from the buyer.

After confirming that you have received the payment, click «Payment Received» and «Confirm.» The cryptocurrency will be transferred to the buyer's account.

17) You will be prompted to confirm the cryptocurrency transfer using 2FA devices.
