To conduct transactions in a single-signature wallet with a USDT balance on the TRON TRC-20 network, you need to have TRX for fee payment. If your wallet lacks sufficient TRX (less than 60), our service will automatically exchange a portion of your USDT for TRX to cover the fee. Ensure that the withdrawal amount for USDT is 10 USDT less than required to account for the fee and ensure a successful transaction.
If you specify the entire amount for transfer without leaving a reserve for exchange, the fee will be deducted directly, resulting in a loss of part of your funds.
Additionally, in a single-signature wallet with a USDT balance on the Polygon ERC-20 network, MATIC is required for fee payment. Ensure you have an adequate amount of MATIC in your balance to facilitate the normal functioning of transactions in this network.
For multi-signature wallets, the fee is 0.09% of the transaction amount, but not less than 1 USD and not more than 999 USD. Please take this into account when conducting transactions.
Step-by-step guide on creating a transaction in the application::
1) Open the H2K application and go to the «Wallets» section, located in the bottom panel, to see a list of your wallets.
2) Select the wallet from which you want to make a transaction. For example, let's choose the wallet named «salary» on the TRON blockchain.
3) After selecting the wallet, a screen with the balance and transaction options will appear. To start creating a transaction, click on the red icon next to the USDT balance.
4) On the transaction creation screen, you will need to enter the recipient wallet address, the amount of USDT you want to send, and a payment description.
5) Enter the recipient's wallet address manually or use the QR code scanner if you have a QR code.
6) Enter the amount of USDT you wish to send.
7) Agree to auto-exchange« feature: If your balance lacks sufficient TRX to cover the network fee, you can enable this feature. It will automatically convert a small portion of your USDT into TRX to pay the fee. If you enable this feature, ensure the USDT amount you are sending is 10 USDT less than your total funds to cover potential fees.
Important: If you have enough TRX (more than 60), you can disable the auto-exchange option, meaning you will pay the fee directly in TRX without converting USDT. In this case, you can send the full amount of USDT without leaving a reserve for the fee.
8) Specify the transaction description to inform the recipient about the purpose or source of the funds.
9) Before clicking «CONTINUE,» ensure that all data is entered correctly, as blockchain transactions are irreversible. If everything is correct, press the button to execute the transaction and enter your password (from step 3).
10) Once you have entered all the necessary data for the transaction, the final step is to obtain approval for the transaction. If your wallet is multi-signature, requiring confirmation from multiple parties to send the transaction, ensure all signatories have given their approval. They will need to sign the transaction in their app.
If you are the sole signatory managing the wallet independently, you simply need to confirm the transaction by entering your password.
11) Open the main page of your wallet application. Find the section «Documents for Signing.» Here, all transactions and documents requiring your signature will be listed.
12) Choose the document you want to sign and sign it using your password.
Documents for signing are located on the main page in the «Documents for Signing» section.
13) Signed transactions can be found on the main page in the «Signed» section.
