Purchase of Cryptocurrency

After successful verification, you should have the ability to fund your fiat wallet on the ATAIX platform to buy the desired cryptocurrency. Choose the appropriate currency wallet from the available options (e.g., KZT, USD, RUB, EUR). Next, you need to deposit into the selected fiat wallet using one of the available deposit methods, such as bank transfer or mobile payment. Follow the instructions on the platform to complete the deposit process.

Buying Cryptocurrency via Bank Transfer

  1. Go to the «Wallet» section. Choose the desired fiat wallet, such as KZT, USD, RUB, or EUR, for which you want to make a deposit via bank transfer.
  2. Click on the «Continue» button to view the bank account information or details required for the bank transfer. This information includes the bank account number, bank name, address, and other details. Pay attention to these details and don't forget about the identification code. ATAIX has accounts in three different banks (National Bank of Kazakhstan, Altyn Bank, and Nur-Sultan Bank), and you can choose which bank to use for depositing.
  3. Using the provided information, make a bank transfer from your bank account to the specified ATAIX account. Ensure that you provide all the necessary details, such as the ATAIX account number and the deposit amount. Note that you can deposit to your USD account and/or withdraw any amount over 30 USD, EUR account and/or withdraw any amount over 30 EUR, KZT account and/or withdraw any amount over 12,750 KZT, RUB account and/or withdraw any amount over 1,500 RUB. Transaction fees are charged by your bank, and you can find out the exact cost from there. Please be aware that payment orders less than 30 USD, 30 EUR, 12,750 KZT, 1,500 RUB, or the equivalent in other fiat currencies will be lost. It is strongly recommended to copy and paste the bank details to avoid mistakes. Note that ATAIX Eurasia is not responsible for transfers sent with incorrect account information.
  4. After sending the bank transfer, wait for the funds to be credited to your fiat wallet on the ATAIX platform. The processing time may depend on your bank and the platform.
  5. Once the funds are credited to your fiat wallet, you can use them to buy cryptocurrency on the ATAIX platform.

Converting Fiat to Cryptocurrency

  1. After the funds are credited to your fiat wallet, you can use them to buy cryptocurrency on the ATAIX platform. To do this, click on the «Convert» button.
  2. Next, in the «Send» field, choose the fiat wallet with the received funds, and in the «Receive» field, select the cryptocurrency you want to purchase. Specify the amount you want to receive.
  3. Then, the «Convert» button will become active, and you can click on it. Your transaction will be processed, and the specified amount will appear in the wallet of the corresponding cryptocurrency.

Buying Cryptocurrency via Mobile Payment (For KZT Wallet Deposits)

  1. Select a fiat wallet, such as KZT, for which you want to make a deposit via mobile payment.
  2. You will be presented with various deposit options, including the mobile payment method. Choose the corresponding mobile payment option.
  3. Currently, only mobile operators Kcell and activ are supported. Enter the deposit amount in the appropriate fields. Click on the «Deposit» button, and you will be redirected to the provider's website. All you need is the phone number on the Kcell or activ mobile operator.
  4. Enter the mobile phone number and click on the «Get Code» button.
  5. You will receive an SMS message with a 6-digit code to the specified phone number. Before entering the code, make sure you have the necessary amount on the balance of this phone number, as indicated in the message with the code.
  6. Enter the received code in the appropriate field and click on the «Send» button. This confirms the withdrawal of the specified amount from your balance.
  7. When the funds are credited to your fiat wallet, you can use them to buy cryptocurrency on the ATAIX platform (see. Converting Fiat to Cryptocurrency)
